Halestorm Rocks Royal Oak at Arts, Beats, and Eats 2023

Halestorm played to a packed crowd in Royal Oak on Saturday, September 2 at Soaring Eagle’s Arts Beats and Eats.

VIP and General Admission were full up in the streets of Royal Oak to get a glimpse of the rockers in Halestorm. The performance starts with an acapella intro of “Raise Your Horns” before the band blasts into some of the biggest of their early catalog, “I Miss The Misery,” “Love Bites (So Do I), and “I Get Off,” which has been performed on this tour with an interlude of Lzzy Hale belting out Heart’s “Crazy On You” in a slower, sexier way.

Halestorm never misses. We caught them this year once already in Grand Rapids for Upheaval Festival, and Lzzy’s voice is truly one of the greatest in Rock and Roll today. With her brother Arejay Hale behind her on the drums, the ferocious nature with flair in which he performs can be just as mesmerizing as Lzzy.
