Upheaval Festival 2024: Who’s Playing?
Upheaval Festival 2024 has decided to time-release their lineup, but we’re keeping track! Here’s who’s coming to Belknap Park in Grand Rapids on July 19-20.
FRIDAY, JULY 19
GODSMACK
The first announced act of the lineup, Rock Legends Godsmack join the headlining team. According to the Upheaval announcement, they were highly requested to be added to the lineup this year, and they take place on the Friday night installment.

Ayron Jones brings a flair that reminisces over grunge, rock, hip-hop, soul, and tracks like “Filthy” even have a dash of Southern swag despite his roots of Seattle, WA. He is a do-not-miss part of the day in our book, as we photographed him back in 2021 and fell in love.

BEARTOOTH
Leading up to the headliner, we’ve got the Ohio-hailing band Beartooth. Lead singer Caleb Shomo has been featured on many tracks throughout the scene, and prior to forming a full band, Shomo performed every instrument when in the studio. This is a testament to the talent in the band and puts them in a league with some of the greats.
I SEE STARS
We’ve got some Metro Detroit boys on the lineup! I See Stars formed in Warren, Michigan, and the “D4MAGE DONE” artists will be gracing the Saturday lineup, after creating a name for themselves as part of the Sumerian lineup.
