PHOTOS: Royal Bliss at Upheaval Festival 2023

Royal Bliss got us up on the top of the hill at Upheaval Festival this past weekend, and rocked the lookout stage on Friday, July 14!

Concerts are a great way to experience a new band, and Royal Bliss checked that box for us on Friday, despite hearing them on the Upheaval Festival playlist on Spotify. The thing about Royal Bliss is that they actually are even BETTER live because of the entertainment aspect!

Some of the key songs that they played included “Devil with Angel Eyes,” “I Was Drunk,” and kicked off their set with “Hard and Loud.” While their sound is definitely more of an active rock, with songs like “Hard and Loud,” it’s hard to ignore the Country flavoring, especially with Neil Middleton on vocals.
