Hayley Williams Releases 17 Track Surprise to Streaming Services
If you’re a huge Hayley Williams stan, you’re probably already aware that she released 17 tracks on her website this week that fans were clamoring to get access to.
She put them under a passcode that could be accessed through a product code obtained by her brand Good Dye Young, and fans spread the message on social media. Shortly after this release, the tracks were removed, and fans were hoping she was preparing to drop them for streaming services.
Well, friends, we’re in luck! The tracks dropped overnight and are split up into 17 separate singles on your favorite streaming services in their high-fidelity glory.
Focus tracks for this release include “True Believer,” in which Williams calls out the South in the USA in their behavior, the single she dropped with local Nashville public radio WNXP titled “Mirtazapine,” and our personal favorites, “Kill Me,” “Hard,” and “Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party.”
There has also been some speculation that “Love Me Different” is signaling that Hayley and her partner Taylor York have broken up, but there’s no confirmation as of yet in that realm. Fans are wondering if that is the case, if this is Hayley’s push at a solo run, and creates question of the future of Paramore. We say, leave Hayley alone and enjoy this offering.
We’ve taken the liberty of pulling all the songs into one Spotify playlist for easy listening, and since these were released as singles and not as an album, we’ve dubbed it ‘EGO’ after the hair color she dropped when this release hit the internet.
